Information is abundant. Intentional investment is not. Too many people are trying to navigate leadership, faith, family, work, and life without someone close enough to know them, challenge them, and help them grow.
The answer is not another audience. It is another relationship. The movement begins when one person chooses to invest what they have learned into someone coming behind them.

Who this movement is for
Every mentor is still a mentee.
You do not have to choose between being mentored and mentoring others. Healthy mentors stay teachable. Begin with your own growth, then refuse to keep what you learn to yourself. This movement is for everyone, with a particular calling to inspire and equip men to become the mentors they wish they had.

What if I still need a mentor myself?
That does not disqualify you. Every healthy mentor remains teachable. You can receive wisdom from others while sharing what you are learning with someone coming behind you.
Does joining subscribe me to marketing emails?
No. The movement commitment and newsletter consent are separate. You will receive the confirmation and promised resource, while ongoing Mentorship Monday emails require an optional opt-in.
Can a church, company, or organization join?
Organizations can invite their people to participate, but the public counter should represent unique individuals who personally join the movement.
