I’ve spent more than twenty years helping build businesses that scale with integrity, ambition, and clarity anchored in intentional leadership development and credibility.
As a founding employee of Sojern, I helped grow the company from five employees to more than six hundred, contributing to a $250 million acquisition. But during that journey, I learned something far more valuable than strategy or scale:
Leadership development without credibility eventually fractures culture.
Credibility without leadership development eventually limits growth.
Real success isn’t measured by titles or profit margins. It’s measured by people, impact, and the strength of your leadership credibility when growth pressures increase.
