At Legacy Beyond, my mission is to help men grow in their faith, family, and fitness, lead with focus and integrity, and multiply their impact through mentorship, discipleship, and purpose driven leadership.

About CHAD

I’ve spent more than twenty years helping build businesses that grow with integrity, ambition, and clarity. As a founding employee of Sojern, I helped scale the company from five employees to over six hundred, contributing to a $250 million sale. Yet it was during that journey that the true importance of living with purpose became clear: real success isn’t measured by profit or titles it’s measured by people, impact, and purpose driven leadership.

Today, I help men of God and leaders in business live with focus, courage, and eternal purpose. My calling is to remind every man that the importance of living with purpose lies in building others, not just building achievements. Through intentional mentorship and purpose-driven leadership, men can transform their lives, families, and communities.

Through my book FOCUSED Growth, keynote speaking, and the 7 Million Men Mentor Challenge, I’m calling men to rise up, lead well, and embrace purpose driven leadership every single day.
